Common questions
Download the app and pick a username. Your link is ready right away: www.loomii.link/yourname.
Copy your link in the app, then add it to your story with the Link sticker. Snapchat and WhatsApp work the same way.
Senders are anonymous by default. Hints come from real data, such as which app someone found your link through. We never show anyone a sender’s IP address.
Coins unlock extra templates (like Rate me or the quiz) and hints about who sent a message. You start with 100 free coins and can buy more in the app through Google Play. If a message has nothing to reveal, you are not charged.
A few fun questions a day written by Loomii — not by your friends — to give you something to answer on your story. They are always labelled “Loomii Daily”. Some have playful clues you can unlock with coins; the clues are made up for fun and never point to a real person. Change how many you get, or turn them off, in Settings → Privacy & safety.
Report the message from your inbox and block the sender — they can’t reach you again. You can also add your own hidden words, or pause your link entirely.
Open Settings → Privacy & safety → Delete account. Your profile, messages, quiz and coins are deleted straight away. No app? Use the delete-data page on this site.
